Why get a Business Health Check for your business?

I quite like the saying, ‘you can’t read the label from inside the jar!’ It is a great way of looking at business. We spend so much of our time working within the business. Especially in small businesses. We are often the only people within the business full time. It means we are too close to see the bigger picture. Therefore, we often struggle to be really honest with ourselves and even to be able to see how others see our businesses. This is where the business health check comes in.

Often we miss the amazing parts of our business too, not just the bits we could improve on. This is a very in depth analysis of your business without the investment of a whole business audit. Who wouldn’t want that?

You’ll get some quick wins and some longer term things to consider working on, to push your business ahead and ultimately give you a better life. The goal here is to get you more money in your pocket. And save you a load of time for whatever you’d like to spend it on. Or a mixture of both, with an added benefit of more security for your future.

How does the business health check work?

Then you fill in the questions. I suggest setting aside a bit of quiet time, an hour should be plenty. I personally like to do these things with a cup of tea and a biscuit but the choice is yours. After you press submit, I’ll receive your answers and send you an email with the report within a week. What I’m looking to include is a few ‘quick wins’ to start making a difference in your business straightaway. But also some advice for longer term so you can get thinking about where you really want you business to be and how it could get there.
