These sessions run in Zoom and you get the recording so you don’t have to take a load of notes. From experience, we can cover A LOT in 90 minutes so this is the best way to maximise what you will get from our session together.

I love these impactful sessions and fully understand the need to strike while the irons hot. I’m usually able to be very flexible so if you don’t see a slot that suits you in the calendar just send me an email/message.
