“Before Christmas, I lost, I lost quite a few clients. I think I lost about five or six clients. Because of the economy, because people were obviously making cutbacks and trying to, you know, having a social media, online business manager, etc. are luxuries to some people.”

- Batch content creation: “If you can batch things, cause obviously when you’re feeling in that creative flow, which, you know, is quite difficult, things like social media, and I think people overthink social media so much.”
- Diversify your content: “Create a blog, break that down into your newsletter, and then break that down into your social media, because then that way you’re taking care of your SEO and keeping your website nice and fresh.”
- Stay consistent: “Consistency key is talked about all the time. It’s, it’s shouted about consistency key. You’ve got to be consistent.”
- Repurpose content: “If you’re quite good at writing social media posts, you know, that storytelling type posts on social media. Then, turn them into your newsletters.”
- Don’t overthink strategies: “I think people overthink too much and they think about, you know, oh, there’s a strategy. Yeah, there is a strategy, but strategies don’t have to be frightening.”
